These terms cover your use of the Goose website and app ("Goose"). By using Goose you agree to them.

What Goose is

Goose compares money transfer providers that serve the United States–Korea corridor and links you to the one you choose. Goose is a comparison and referral service. It is not a bank, money transmitter, payment institution or foreign exchange dealer, and it never holds, sends, receives or converts money. Every transfer you make is a contract between you and the provider you choose, governed by that provider's terms, fees, limits and compliance checks.

Quotes are information, not offers

The amounts Goose shows are what each provider reported for the amount, currencies and funding method you selected at the time shown. Rates change during the day, providers apply their own checks at checkout, and promotional rates may have conditions. The figures on the provider's own checkout page govern. Bank wire figures are a modelled reference built from published fee tables and are marked as such.

Referral commissions

Some providers pay Goose a commission when you continue into them from a Goose link. Goose ranks routes by landed amount only. Commissions never change the order, and a route that carries a referral code says so in its detail view.

Your account

Signing in is optional and uses a one-time link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address secure. Transfer records you keep in Goose are notes about transfers you made elsewhere; they are not proof of payment.

Receiver links

A confirm link lets the person you sent to record what arrived. Share links only with the intended receiver. Links expire after 14 days and work once.

Acceptable use

Do not use Goose to scrape providers, to interfere with the service, or in connection with any transfer that would be unlawful in the United States or Korea. Goose may suspend accounts that do.

No warranty and limitation of liability

Goose is provided as is. Goose does not guarantee that any quote is available at checkout, that a provider will accept a transfer, or that a transfer will arrive at the quoted amount or time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goose is not liable for losses arising from a transfer made with a provider, from reliance on a quote, or from the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

Goose may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use Goose after a change means you accept it.
